Thank You So Much for making the purchase of my new Lennox heat and air system, so easy. It was the best experience, of making a major investment, I have ever had. Your office ladies are wonderful. Always pleasant and you can hear the smile in their voices when they speak with you. What nice phone people they are. Now, the installers... Wow! They worked so hard on the installation of the units. The first day, they never even left for lunch. The second day, I bought and made sure they ate. They answered all my questions and explained everything, so even I could understand it. "These guys are great - every time! I purchased the Fall/Spring package for my new home. The Control Tech technician wore his blue booties in the house, was right on time and in no rush to leave until all questions were answered. I asked him to explain the system to me (especially the humidifier, the filters). He told me how to clean the filters and how frequently, explained how the humidifier worked and showed me how to use the dial upstairs. He also provided hints for improving heat levels upstairs in my old home. He cleaned the filters thoroughly and explained the duct work in my basement, even showing me how to open and shut the flow between rooms using little levers on the duct work. He told me someone purchased an expensive and efficient heating system years ago (the one I currently have) and that the original duct work was impressive in its quality. He stayed over an hour on task. At my old home (currently a rental unit they also serviced this Fall), I've called Control Tech in the middle of the night on two occasions when the heat has gone out and they've shown up immediately. "I received the Control Tech fall furnace maintenance for a one year maintenance deal I bought. They changed filters and checked all working parts in furnace. Also changed humidifier filter. The Control Tech repairman actually called day before appointment and was in area and asked to come over which was fine since I was home. He was very polite and wore shoe coverings as he has to go in and out. He did all the general fall furnace maintenance and even spoke to my husband on the phone, as he has some questions. As he was leaving he recommended that we leave the blower in the "on " position all of the time as it would heat and cool our home more effectively.
